Veterinary Technician

Hello All!! My name is Jaylen, life-long Floridian and nature enthusiast. I’ve been working with animals since a very young age, beginning my veterinary education in high school as a dual-enrollment student. I’ve studied at both Xavier University of Lousianna and Valencia College. My passion for animals is only matched by my passion for plants. I look forward to growing with the Lake Olympia Team.

Hello, I’m Paola Cabrera. I grew up in Puerto Rico on a little farm, that’s where I would say my love for animals came from. My dream has always been to be in a field where I can help animals. I started as a very young person helping on the farm to take care of the animals we had. Eventually moved to the United states and continued that passion here. I started by working at a ranch in Miami with horses. Then moved to Orlando and started working as a veterinary technician. I have two dogs so far and managed to rescue and find homes for a couple other more. Happy to be part of the team here at Lake Olympia.

Hello! My name is Reyna, I am a Florida native born and raised in Orlando and graduated from Oakridge High School in 2020. I have always loved working and being around all types of animals, I plan to continue my education to become a veterinarian technician. I have two fur babies of my own, “Kobi” and “Princess”(very cute Chihuahuas). I am a very friendly and outgoing person that loves exploring new places and meeting new people. I also enjoy reading, arcades, and going to the movie theaters. I am very thrilled to be working alongside Dr.Beltran and his amazing staff at Lake Olympia Veterinary Clinic.
